Delivery

Lion Healthcare will dispatch on the same day the order is received, providing the order is received before 9am (AEST) Monday to Friday. All other orders will be dispatched on the next business day.

AllAustralian orders are charged a shipping and handling fee of $10 for regular post. Express post is $20.

All orders for New Zealand are charged a shipping and handling fee of $10 for regular post. Express Post is $30.

Australia Post is used for all domestic and international deliveries. All parcels will be delivered to the provided shipping address, with tracking details provided via email on dispatch of goods. 

Products are dispatched from our Sydney 3PL warehouse once your payment has been processed. Allow normal postage times for delivery.

Australian Estimated Delivery Times

Orders going to Australia’s major cities will typically arrive within 1 to 7 business days after dispatch; parts of rural Australia can take up to 10 business days.

For customers who select the Express Post option, Australia Post does not currently guarantee next day delivery with this service.

Postage and handling for international orders

Lion Healthcare charges a flat rate of $100 for international orders (excluding NZ) for its Salin Plus product range. Delivery times are usually between 5 and 20 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance processing times.

We use Australia Post International for all international orders.

Duties, taxes, customs charges and fees payable upon receipt of the goods are the full responsibility of the receiver. Salin Plus will not be held responsible for any issues arising from non payment of charges as governed by the laws in the receivers country.

This device is useful for monitoring the Relative Humidity level in your home. It should be placed along side your Salin Plus device. The ideal RH level is 55%. If the RH level exceeds 70%, there is a risk that your room is too damp and the Salt Filter will absorb this moisture. A damp filter can leak water as well as reducing the effectiveness of the filter. Dust mites thrive when the RH level exceeds 65%. 

It is a very useful device to have in your home, not only to ensure that humidity will not impact the performance of your Salin Plus Salt Therapy Device but also if you are prone to allergies or have reactions to moulds or mites.
