Salin Plus has a free shipping policy within Australia and New Zealand for all orders over $100. Orders under $100 are charged a flat fee of $10 for Australia and $20 for New Zealand. Australia Post is used for all domestic and international deliveries. All parcels will be delivered to the provided shipping address with tracking number provided via email on dispatch of goods.
Products are dispatched from our Sydney 3PL warehouse once your payment has been processed. Allow normal postage times for delivery.
All domestic orders have the option of being dispatched using Express Post , for a flat rate fee of $25.
Orders going to Australia’s major cities will typically arrive within 1 to 5 business days after dispatch; parts of rural Australia can take up to 8 business days.
For customers who select the Express Post option, Australia Post does not currently guarantee next day delivery with this service.

Lion Healthcare charges a flat rate of $100 for international orders (excluding NZ) for its Salin Plus product range. Delivery times are usually between 5 and 20 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance processing times. We use Australia Post International for all international orders.
Lion Healthcare will dispatch on the same day the order is received, providing the order is received before 11am (AEST) Monday to Friday. All other orders will be dispatched on the next business day.
Duties, taxes, customs charges and fees payable upon receipt of the goods are the full responsibility of the receiver. Salin Plus will not be held responsible for any issues arising from non payment of charges as governed by the laws in the receivers country.
